Organization Structure
The College is administered by a Dean with support of an Associate Dean, and the College of Health & Human Services (CHHS) Council, an advisory body. The CHHS Council is made up of the nine Unit heads, the Dean, the Associate Dean and the Director of College Operations. The CHHS Council meets bi-monthly.
The College Office serves as a liaison between CHHS faculty members and the University. Each staff member working in the College Office has a specific administrative function for which they are responsible. The
college organization structure chart can assist you to better understand what it is we do. College Office staff are available to assist in the administrative, academic and personnel business conducted within the Unit offices. Faculty and staff within each Unit should first refer all business and/or problems to their Unit offices, specifically, the Chair, Director, or Academic Office Coordinator ("AOC"). Administrative, academic or personnel problems that cannot be resolved would then be referred by the Unit to the appropriate contact person within the college office.
A more comprehensive description of the college and its units can be found by clicking on the CHHS departments. The College Office also provides a current roster of CHHS personnel by Unit, including office locations, extensions and email addresses each fall and spring semester.
