Off-Campus Group Facilities Request Procedure
Off-campus groups and organizations may pay to use SFSU facilities when they are available. Reservations are only confirmed after they have been approved by any academic units which use the facility, and SFSU Athletics, and only if a supervisor is available to work on the date of the event. Before an event can take place, a contract must be drawn up through the Office of Special Events. Interested organizations may check the availability of CHHS facilities online. For information on fees and to ask questions about event logistics, contact the Office of Special Events.
