Off-Campus Group Facilities Request Procedure
Off-campus groups & organizations may pay to use SFSU facilities when they are available. Requests are only accepted after they’ve been approved by any academic units which use the facility, and SFSU Athletics. Before an event can take place, a contract must be drawn up through The Office of Special Events. Interested organizations may check the availability of CHHS facilities online. You may submit a request by contacting the CHHS Operations Support Coordinator. Requests are only accepted for the current semester, and event dates must fall at least two weeks after the start of a semester.
