Facilities Fees and Guidelines
General Fees and Guidelines for Students
- Only registered student organizations are able to book facilities. They must notify the Office of Student Programs/Leadership Development (OSPLD), fill out an Event Application, and have OSPLD sign the form.
- Reservations must be made a minimum of 10 (ten) school days in advance of the requested date.
- Tarping of gym facilities for non-sporting events is required. The cost is approximately $800 for the main gym, and $500 for the small gym.
- Custodial services may be required. The fee varies based on the nature of the event and the number of participants.
- A $15/hour supervisor fee is required. An approved gym supervisor must be present for liability purposes.
- The College of Health and Human Services provides the facility and the supervisor. It does not organize events, or provide AV equipment or storage space.
- The College of Health and Human Services has the right to refuse usage of the facilities to on-campus groups based on the nature and requirements of the event.

Facilities Fees
- Tarping fees: Gym 100 (main gym): approximately $800, Gym 147 (small gym): approximately $500
- Custodial service fees vary based on the nature of the event and the number of participants.
- Supervisor Fee: $15/hour for 8 hours; $22.50 each additional hour

- $300 per 4 hours minimum, $600 per 8 hours

- 67 feet x 90 feet

- Water temperature at 80C
- $625 per 4 hours minimum, $1250 per 8 hours
