Facilities Fees and Guidelines
General Fees and Guidelines
- Reservations must be made a minimum of 10 (ten) school days in advance of the date the facility is requested for use. Initial facilities’ availability confirmation requires a lead-time of up to 4 (four) working days.
- Tarping of Gym Facilities (for non-sports events): App. $500 for GYM 147 (Small Gym), App. $800 for Main Gym (Gym 100) with annexes.
- Custodial Fees: Minimum of 4/hours paid custodial service. Fees vary according to nature of event and number of participants.
- A $12.00 per hour Supervision Fee is required. An approved gym supervisor must be present at activity for liability purposes.
- The College of Health and Human Services only provides the facility and the supervisor. The College of Health and Human Services does not organize events nor does it provide AV Equipment or Storage Space.
- The College of Health and Human Services has the right to refuse the usage of the facilities to on-campus groups, based on the nature and requirements of the event.
- Registered Student Organizations must notify the Office of Student Programs/Leadership Development (OSPLD).
